Our candidates are evaluated and tested according to their background.  We check professional references.  Background checks can be provided on request.

Contract, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct Hire Staffing
We act as the employer of record for all contract and temporary employees.  We are responsible for all legal liability, including EDD compliance and related unemployment claims, so that our clients do not have to handle payroll, tax deposits, quarterly reports, year-end W-2’s, or workers’ compensation insurance and claims.

Payrolling
Payrolling is a service that allows you to put your company’s own personal referrals on the job without incurring any of the responsibilities mentioned above in connection with contract, temp-to-hire and direct hire staffing.  In other words, you recommend the person and if we hire the person you recommend, we will take full employer responsibility for workers’ and unemployment compensation, government taxes, insurance and compliance with applicable laws.
